1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and six6ss ("six6ss", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://six6ss.pro and any associated mobile applications or subdomains (collectively, the "six6ss Platform").

By registering an account on the six6ss Platform, accessing any games or betting markets, making a deposit, or using any feature of the six6ss Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and six6ss.

2 Eligibility & Registration

• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of six6ss or any of its affiliated companies, game suppliers, or payment processing partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or suspended from the six6ss Platform or any affiliated platform operated by six6ss.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3 Account Obligations

Each player may hold only one registered account on the six6ss Platform. The deliberate creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your six6ss account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access or use your six6ss account.

You must notify six6ss immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. six6ss accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

six6ss reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks at any time, including before processing withdrawals, after large wins, or in response to suspicious account activity. You agree to cooperate fully with any such checks and to provide the requested documentation within the timeframe specified by six6ss support.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

six6ss supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Available payment methods may be updated from time to time and are displayed within the six6ss account dashboard.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name and that corresponds to the verified identity on your six6ss account. six6ss does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any funds received from payment methods not registered to the account holder may be voided and returned, with any associated bonuses forfeited.

• Minimum Deposit: PKR 200, or as otherwise displayed in your account dashboard for your selected payment method.
• Withdrawal Minimums and Maximums: Limits are displayed within the withdrawal section of your six6ss account and may vary by payment method.
• Processing Times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed same-day for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Platform Fees: six6ss does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, over which six6ss has no control.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit to your six6ss account, or to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to you through the KYC process. six6ss does not transfer funds to payment accounts belonging to third parties under any circumstances.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

six6ss offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and PSL-specific cricket betting promotions. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and eligible game restrictions, which are published alongside the relevant offer.

The following general rules apply to all six6ss bonuses unless otherwise specified in the promotion-specific terms:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any portion can be converted to withdrawable cash balance.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

6 Games & Betting Rules

The six6ss Platform provides access to online casino games (including slots, live dealer tables, and specialty games) and sports betting markets (including cricket, PSL, ICC events, football, and other sports). All casino games offered on the six6ss Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited by approved third-party testing laboratories.

Sports betting odds and markets on six6ss are set by the six6ss trading team and are subject to change before an event commences. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, the odds are fixed for that wager unless otherwise stated in the relevant sport's betting rules.

• Void Bets: six6ss reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on the basis of an obvious error in odds, including technical glitches, pricing errors, or data feed malfunctions. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's cash balance.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet sizes are displayed within the relevant game or betting market and may vary by event, market type, and player account status.
• Results and Disputes: The results of all games and settled bets are final. Disputes regarding settlement outcomes must be submitted to six6ss support within 30 days of the relevant event. After this period, results are considered accepted by the player.
• Connection Issues: In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or in-play bet, the game or bet will be settled according to the outcome recorded by the game server. six6ss is not liable for losses arising from player-side connectivity issues.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the six6ss Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the six6ss Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the six6ss Platform to launder money or to conduct any transaction that facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, hack, or otherwise tamper with the six6ss Platform, its games, or its payment systems.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit promotions, betting markets, or game outcomes in a manner that constitutes abuse of the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party or acting as an agent for undisclosed principals.
• Engaging in any form of sports match-fixing, insider betting, or exploitation of inside information in connection with sports betting markets on six6ss.
• Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion or account suspension by registering a new account.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the six6ss Platform — including but not limited to the six6ss brand name, logo, domain name, website design, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of six6ss or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the six6ss Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any six6ss Platform content without the prior written consent of six6ss.

All third-party game content available on six6ss is the intellectual property of the respective game studios (including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, and others) and is used under licence. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of such third-party content to you.

9 Privacy & Data Processing

six6ss collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at six6ss.pro/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the six6ss Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by six6ss is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, customer support, and — where you have provided consent — direct marketing communications. six6ss does not sell personal data to third parties.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, six6ss, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the six6ss Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

six6ss does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including force majeure events) may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform. six6ss will not be liable for losses attributable to such unavailability.

Nothing in this clause excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by six6ss's gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

six6ss reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where six6ss reasonably believes that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering purposes.
• The player has provided false information during registration or KYC verification.
• The account poses a financial, reputational, or regulatory risk to six6ss.
• A court order or regulatory directive requires account restriction or closure.

Upon legitimate account closure for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, six6ss will return any verified cash balance (excluding bonus funds not yet converted to withdrawable balance) to the verified account holder via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may close your six6ss account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. You may also request self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools available in your account dashboard.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
